I feel the most important element of a social networking is missing in this product, i.e the feature of groups or communities. In this you have your own profile where you normally talk with your friends(who have been added manually) and then you have the option of joining different groups or communities like a community based on a school or a community based on a particular artist, then within these communities you talk with other members of the community simply like in like in a forum or a blog.
I seriously hope that this feature is included in the next version of Dolphin and even in Ray.
By the way both the products are very good but the price of Ray is very Steep.

Make Meaning Or Die
Dolphin 6 will be released with “Groups” and many other new features/improvements. We have also used the power of GPL and incorporated code of derivative products into our copy.
As for Ray pricing - it’s the lowest we can afford at the moment. We are not hunting the big buck and hardly pay our bills now, banking on future growth, but I still hope that eventually we’ll be able to make Ray more affordable.

Just between you and me…and everybody else…the way Boonex operates, if by some chance you guys ever did manage to come into a big windfall of money…I would lay my last dollar that you wouldn’t have a clue in hell what do do with it or how to invest it properly to start making more of the root of all evil…and YOU people would more than likely start PAYING everyone to use Dolphin, Ray and anything else you Artists manage to come up with and create! There is just no accounting for the actions of some people. And if only Michaelangelo and DaVinci were here now…to see what their spiritual decendants are doing…with the “Dolphin Code”>
BTW, any projected date for when Dolphin 6 might hit the stands for purchasing?
LOL Bramin, thanks a lot! You know, you’re somewhat right… we are often approached by VCs offering, you know… “deals”. BUT, I can’t see how big buck can power up things on our end. Hordes of developers don’t help at all, advertising would make the product better (we’re seeing good demand without much ad), mergers would add complexity… Hence, we’ll go on our own and hopefully will release ray within a couple of weeks.
