Third build of the third beta. IMO a very good build - many fixes, new things and improvements. We had a great battle with video converter - it wanted to run only on dedicated servers only, but our bright minds managed to compile all libs into a single file and now you can run it on your shared accounts. Ad we sorted out sound problems too - now the fella converts almost any video you throw at it. On Dolphin side - many fixes, finally a way to manage profile photos, an array of new builders, layout fixes, admin improvements, etc. We’re getting close to the X day

installed and tested almost everything seems to be working great except i cant find where to Modify/personalize my profile?? maybe im missing something somewhere…. also Andrey in CSS if i chose to make my site full screen width… would it be General.Css i look in?? and if so which part??

BTW for the demo user version you need to remove the install file.

I don’t know what’s happening, but join page is not showing up properly. Several images don’t appear and without security image … no profile creation
What’s slowing down everything ????
As a matter of fact, no page is loading completely … is it a problem with my server or does anyone else experience this problem ? Didn’t have this before …

what is the browser you are using..? Firefox - IE - Safari - Opera etc…
check your error console if you are using.. firefox.. and see if there are any javascript errors..

Im trying to install this new beta onto my Win 2003 server, with IISPassword installed.
I get the same errors for permissions, and i cant use the old installer as i have problems with that too, giving me errors about include directories and that function.main error.
I have give full access and script & executable rights to the /ray/modules/movie/files folder and its still not having it.
This is strange, as all the checks come back to be writeable, until i click next, then i get the error.
Any help here would be appreciated.
One last thing can Audrey make these blogs, so there easy to navigate too, as im getting lost all over the site trying to find this bug-blog.

Another not important bug:
When installing the addons for Ray it says that certain files have to be chmod to 644, then when you click it says they need to be checkmod to 666
Not important but i thought i would let you know.
Sorry my fault, it shows what the original state is of them, which is 644, lol. Very sorry.
Is there supposed to be 2 music players in the Ray Configuration?
Cannot register Ray widget “Movie”, i keep getting the error “Product not found”
Is there a way to re-install that specific widget?
Cant get profile photo to show, in my test account.
I can set it as a background though
I went into the account upload photo, and selected it to make it primary, but it does not work apart from when i go into Ray Chat and then it shows my photo as a thumbnail.
well I can definately tell it is gettin very polished.
Photo uploads still dont work. I can upload a file, go to admin it says I have a new photo waiting to be approved, I click on that, there is no picture to see if I want to approve it or not. but I approve and go back to the profile and it doesn’t show..
after a couple of clicks a gallery will show up but only the pics that boonex put in there show up, and … and.. I get a blank pic, and if I hover my mouse over that it shows the title of the pic that I uploaded.
I went into admin changed the music file size to 8, and went to upload a mp3, and 2 hours later it says it is uploading. but never did
Progess bars, and or file size counting down or up is an essential addon. Because the spinning bubbles do not tell us if anything is happening
I managed to get page 100% to fit to screen but now im having some probs moving blocks to center so its normal screen size , also i still cant see where exactly to Mod the profile (colors etc)background etc.. id love to see this script with a similar layout to phpfox /profiles in phpfox can be modded like myspace profiles(clear so background is fully visable etc)… but in Dolphin they always have the White bit in the center… otherwise Dolphin is an awsome script…. full version 6 should be brilliant
I am using shared hosting and cannot have the REGISTER_GLOBALS OFF in my .htaccess. has anyone found a way around that problem yet?
The way i got round that one is edit the .htaccess file in the dolphin folder and remove the 1st top line.
That fixed it for me, but dont know if it will cause any errors yet, not found any so far.
