I input tags for my profile in Japanese. It is shown properly on title bar of browser but the tag is converted to numbers and is not shown correctly in Tags section of my profile as shown below.
I think it is because Japanese letters are two bites instead of 1 bite alphabet. If so, other 2 bites languages such as Chinese, Korean etc. might have the same problem.
By the way, tags search for profile is good system for community site. But current tags section on the top page is small and shown tags are limited. Can we have bigger selection field to show more words and have keyword search text box such as Classifieds or Groups search? With keyword tag search function, we can search people who have common interest.
Make Meaning Or Die
Now, I found the same problems in any other fields such as Real Name, Address and Description fields of profile.
Can we solve it if we set the Language file setting with UTF-8 Encoding?

yo whats UTF-8? I think it should be possible to make our sites only english …. andrey can you do that to please, none of my visitors would speak any other languages please make it easier to only put one country and one language, not to sound rude or racist but the big drop-down lists would be useless on a site like myne.
