Removed mp3 menu blocks from menu builder. It appears to have worked successfully but i got this pop-up box after i removed it.

I have had that too and it seems to happen if you remove to many blocks without waiting. Try removing blocks with some time between each removal. Just look. When you remove a block it slides away. Wait untill it is finish to remove another. This works for me.
