I asked your company about 2 months ago if you could integrate Ray Chat into my phpfox script. The answer was SURE just pay $350.00. I have paid the $350.00 and also paid for the upgrade to ray 3.0. Its now going on almost a month and a half since this process.
Every week support and your sales team tell me that it will be done in 3-4 working days. That has been almost 6 weeks ago. I just now want my money back. I will integrate this myself thanks.

hmm Im sure their just busy at the moment, they are still working for a full release and im sure they will contact you soon. YOu probley will want your money back because the new Dolphins gunna be way better than phpfox and the new ray is free, so I don’t think a company that offers so much is trying to rip you off.

That is not my point you should get what you pay for that is all if they tell you that the integration will be done in 3-4 working days it should be done.

Sorry about that. My bad. Due to the current development timeframes and strain we could not actually tolerate some of the orders properly and had to postpone again and again. We really want the thing to be out soon. You surely don;t have to suffer because of that, so here’s the deal…
We can do the integration for you by the 5th of September (guaranteed), and will refund you 50% of the amount paid. Alternatively, we will refund you 100% as you requested with our deepest apologies. Just let me know.
Unfortunately our sales team were not in sync with techs for some time, as they couldn’t predict the growing development load and we had to keep on delaying. Sorry.
I understand and I still like your products. If you could refund my money that would be great. I already have a way to integrate it myself. If you could send me the money today that would be great. I also still need my copy of ray 3.0 and licensing. I paid for the upgrade service. Thanks
Wow andrey, that really shows how good you handle things, not many companys would respond that quickley with those responses. Each and every day checking this blog makes me feel more like Dolphin and BoonEx are a community rather than company…
Keeper up, one day BoonEx will be as big as Google, and we can say we talked to Andrey… the creator!

Dasitds, it is a question of priorities. Does Boonex want to keep it’s eye on the money and up the behind of the world bank…or it’s head in the heavens with the gods? And it is tragic to think that it looks like we are all in this to the bitter end INCLUDING hitman…who I guarantee you no doubt now is going to use $350 he just came into…to buy all sorts of plug ins that he now knows he just has to have!
And I can’t wait to see hitman’s next post which I predict will have him implying that it was great that Boonex held his money in trust for him while he learned how to integrate it himself. And he will also be in here soon enough thanking Andrey, like the guiding guru to all of us that he is…for gently letting go of hitman’s hand to welcome him into the world of people who really are learning things about computing and programming and running a business and loads more here at Dolphin.
Of course it might slip hitman’s mind in all his joy of being a member of the family to thank Boonex for not charging the general fees that most businesses would for the return of $350. The $75 restocking fee. The $95 one time charge. The $35 maintenance fee per week that all businesses are required by law to screw the customer with. Cancellation of his rebate for $150 that he didn’t send in because he would have had to cut off the upc code on the back of his computer to get it. A charge of $25 to red each of his post and an additional $50 to reply to each of them…as well as facing a $150,000 class action law suit for defamation of character, $250,000 in punitive damages for soiling our families good name and the soul of his first born child.
Look, Andrey, I promise I will send in to Boonex a few extra dollars next month as a contribution…because you are the worst capitalist I have ever seen in my life. And you are giving away software that if you charged what it is worth, which is it’s weight in gold, and stopped giving full refunds…which is no way to run a business…we could all retire on our stocks and bonds in Dolphin equities and liquidities.

Look, technoman, in no way do I want you to consider this as me having a conversation with you…as I left a very detailed report as an explanation in a comment to another post as to why I am no longer speaking to Canadians or polar bears. However in order to mainline my reputation as the class clown I just want to inform the entire student body never to listen to this obvious straight man of mine who has allowed me once again the opportunity to attack this site…with my bad ass humor!
Fortunately, technoman, unlike you…and everyone else including me…dasitids obviously understands chaos theory completely and knows that confusion is the better part of valor. Which is why I was trying to convince him that anal retentive order is the natural condition of the governments of the world and Andrey simply does not know that money is God.
Furthermore, after coming down finally with a good nite’s rest I fear Andrey is in desperate need of professional help…that can only be provided him by an economics professor majoring in the philosophy that “War is good for business because it raises the price on everything by providing jobs rebuilding what humanity has managed to destroy…in the fraction of an instant as the stars measure time.”
In conclusion, I wish to apologize to everyone for foolishly giving credit to technoman for what he said and I quoted in the first few lines of my blog entry on Word Press. For I could have easily taken credit for that poetry of wisdom with very few people being the wiser…and I would not have had to waste so much time writing all the crap that came after it…trying to say the same thing he did in a couple of lines!

Somebody ruin Andrey’s day by telling him that hitman would have also had to pay for our lawyer’s fees as well in our suit against the “gangster”…and I had worked out a payment plan that would have allowed hitman to pay for all the fees, costs, penalty charges etc as well that would have been equitable and fair for everyone.
Hitman could have taken out a ten million dollar life insurance policy on himself which we would have paid for if he agreed to off himself the moment the suicide clause was lifted.
And if you think that last stab at black humor was off color…how much more pathetic is it that families in some cases are so in debt…that people actually consider that…as a solution?

Look i dont know why you have issues with canadians but your coming on me for what reason i have no clue and i really dont see why or what this has to do with me ….. the whole topic was about how ANDREY gave back to someone and all i commented on was how HITMAN should be grateful on recieving back his refunds

Technoman and Daniel, my gawd you guys lighten up! My posts are all SATIRE not sarcasm…I grew up during the hippie era…and believe in making love not war! I have nothing against Canadians except that I am jealous of them because they are more civilized than americans…that is if you could say that america even has a civilization!
Because considering that they tell children here that it is stealing if they take candy because they don’t have any money to pay for it with and allow others to declare bankruptcy while openly having billions of dollars in ass-ets…it seems to me to be less than a civilization than it does an insane asylum.
And yes you are right…I am a “fucking american” but you guys don’t think for one minute that I am proud of it do you? Certainly NOT when I know this country does have more weapons of mass destruction than any other two countries on the face of the Earth! And on top of that feels entitled to invade other countries looking for weapons and entitled at the same time to NOT have any inspectors coming in here to find out what nightmares they are cooking up here.
Awww shit, guys, you know it isn’t even just america…the whole world is insane. Which is exactly why Dolphin and other collectives like this are so important. And if it wasn’t so late I’d elaborate on that.
Honestly sorry if I ruffled your guys feathers…didn’t mean to honest but if it is any consolation to you it isn’t the first time one of my “time jokes” got me into trouble. And sometimes all I have to go on myself to keep me going is that I know somewhere buried under my own particular brand of craziness…is a good heart.
At any rate, try reading that last post of mine in a week or two and if you still think it isn’t totally funny with nonsensical absurdity and irony then I promise you if we are still all here I will go line by line to explain it to you so that you do get it. But that is the hard way…the easy way will be to let your own self get the free association non-sequitors in it.
