I paid for an ad free license for Ray video player last Saturday. I did not receive any email or anything. I went to unity and there is a blank license number. I removed the ad license from video player and tried to use the one that is blank. It came back as wrong license.
I submitted a ticket on 9/21 and got nothing. I submitted another ticket on 9/25 and still nothing. Its been a week since I paid you and I can’t get any information from BoonEx.

Maybe you need a couple of volunteer customer support reps. Their answers can’t be as bad as no answer at all.
