Me too
Hi Andrey.
I am on it and willing to help. You know I used to do it in this blog. We (Boonex users or members) are just stuck and our help in this blog or in the forum can’t be efficient any longer bcuz most of the issues that are popping up nowadays are related to bugs (Software malfunction/misfunction/defect from the vendor/manufacturer). I am waiting for your software to get definitely stable and as close to bug-free as possible (Less bugs/minor bugs). Please help us to help you. Then I will get myself back activaly participating in here providing help, support, doc translations and why not… donation.
I am not that bad. My so-called “Negative Comment”, better say - “Award Winning Negative Comment” are an expression of a user’s disappointment (of course we are somehow disappointed) and alternatively, a sincere desire to help and to boost Boonex to meet some professional and international Business standards in term of Support, Bug crisis, Pre-sale issues and Customer Care. BTW, my apologies for any inconvenience.
These comments should not be interpreted as something personal against you Andrey or against one of your team. I don’t hate you guyz. Not at all, SIR. Well… I’m just trying to help. You know I always congratulate you and your team and thank you in this blog for your good work, your wonderful software and the free license you granted me. But… But… But… all your goodness, kidness should not prevent me from shaking you and noising up when something is wrong far beyond some tolerance levels.
Yep, you can count on me for any help, support, suggestion in this blog, forum, Doc translations etc. I will even post some of my products in the expertzzz area. Of course you can also count on me to shake you up when something will be dramatically wrong. (I am always there on time and I’ve got your back
).
Keep it up, we are the best!
Peace.
Dotnet.
Hello Andrey and Team,
The majority of Contibutors have helped, and continue to help.
But as always there comes a time when we need to help ourselves also.
I myself probably spend a minimum of 2hrs per day in the Expertzzz forum helping members to the best of my knowledge.
I understand that there are always issue with scripts!
But, the amount of script errors is a little on the insane side. Also errors in patches is definetly not acceptable.
Members have pulled thier hair out, thrown stuff, kicked stuff, and just have gone nuts (me included) with the script.
You have to take in consideration that there are ALOT of members that don’t have a clue on how to repair, rewrite, manipulate the script.
So they are looking for a stable version out of the box.
You and your Team need to worry more about fixing, than adding features to the script, it just creates more bugs, etc….
I will continue to help in any fashion I can, because the more members help members the more time your team has to get this script right!

Hello Andrey
I came back to Switzerland with only a T-shirt and a short… no shoes, nothing else
So I cannot help a lot with money…
With some little text like: Help us to maintain and to develop this free site with the best and most recent features.
These last weeks I was spending my time on my own site which is now running quite well (Thank you Anton, Victor, Mike, Andrey, … and some BoonEx blog users…).
I will do my best to help for docs french translation (I already began with Installation Manual).
This blog is not the right place to tell my life… Just let you know that I loosed everything I had (money, house, land, company,…) 2 years ago in Thailand where I was living and working
But it is OK for me if you can install a Make a Donation button (money to BoonEx account) on my site
Maybe other BoonEx free products users will allow to install such Donation button on their site too ?
I’m willing to donate money if my website with Dolphin can make money. I think that is a fair thing to do.
Thank you everyone for your support and constructive criticism. We’re at this business for a long time now and for long time in future and the best thing about it is that some people do make good use of our products. Any negative or positive comments help a lot and we will continue to track them attentively.
As for donations, frankly speaking, I would encourage you NOT to make any money donations until you make AT LEAST 10 times as much _PROFIT_ from your site. And once you do make a good buck, also consider sharing your success story with others.
Andrery,
I would love to make a donation, and have no problems doing so. Like you say when we can make a buck ourselves.
Bud, you need to give us something that is stable, and consistent.
I do love the product! and it has come A LONG WAY, from what it was! And yes it is moving in the right direction.
I know there are alot of members that are dissapointed, that there are so many problems.
But I do beleive alot of it could be reduced with proper documentation!
So I will continue to hang in there and help wherever I may.
All we ask is that when the next release happens, it for the most part works, better than previous versions.

After 6.1 is released, I plan to release a number of Camtasia FlashVideos detailing how to tweak various settings. I’m far from an Expert with the software, but it might be a good place for the beginner.
