25 left 6.0.0004 - Let’s recheck these

We’ve managed to close a handful of these today. Some of the issues that people reported are now not in an issue in the newest patch. Please help me review the remaining 25 to make sure they are still an issue. The goal is to keep it as up-to-date as possible to help streamline BoonEx’s development.

    Is it too late do add a few?

    - Profile tags not working correctly when you set profile tags to non-mandatory. Tags field shows twice in profile field, one with the tag, but non’linkable and the other time just the empty field. This persists even when you turn the tags back to mandatory again.

    Not really bugs but:

    Is there a way to manage minimum characters you have to type in blog

    and

    Is there ANY way to make the city field in profile searchable?

    Also, when I updated with the latest “beta” 6.003 patch, all my UTF characters were changed to some garble language site-wide.

    In admin panel I disabled the option ‘create events’ for members but on the site the button still appears.

    When members click on it, no message such as ‘no privileges to create events’ is appearing.

    I think either the button should disappear when you disable this option or a message for ‘no privileges’ should appear.
