Payment Failed on trying to purchase a mod

I found a mod or two in the expertzzz that I would like to purchase. But when I add it to the cart, and try to check out, I fill out everything I know to fill out, and I always get a payment failed message. I know the information and the card is good.

 Why isnt it working?

    Hello ArnMan,

    Two days ago I purchased some items on Expertzzz.com w/out any issue. If you managed to go through the checkout and the payment failed on Paypal or RWREG site, then this has nothing to do with Boonex checkout system.

    Maybe you are not entering the correct card information.

    Also try to find out with your card issuer.
    Some credit card issuers require a person call the authorization center for online transactions.

    Well i use my card for nearly every online purchase. Ebay practially knows mine by heart lol.
    well I dont live in Europe so I dont have to put in a vat number, and I dont know about any switch card numbers lol

    The issue is not in the Expertzzz.com check out system.

    In one case, Dotnet is right, it is CC issuer.

    In other hand.
    We have instructions on how PayPal or SWREG accounts should be set up in order to work properly with our check out system. And those Experts who do not properly follow them cause “Payment failed” errors.

    If you have faced with this problem firstly you need to contact the seller of the modification.
