Restrict Comments Only to Friends

I made a modification to Dolphin 6 to only allow those who are friends to add comments to user profiles. This makes it more like Myspace and Facebook and reduces spam comments. Anyone is free to use it:

    I requested in 6.1 that we have an improved comment system. I would love it if we could “REPLY” to comments and have them show up to the original person who posted the comment like MySpace/VF etc..

    I love dolphin but i dislike the comment system.

    interex, what you want is actually very easy to do, but the problem is how do you know what you replied to if it goes to the other user’s profile?

    DAT i think what interex says would be the best thing. This is how scrapbook in orkut works. And moreover, if someone writes a comment on my profile, and then i don’t come online for a month or so, then will the person keep opening my profile again n again to see the reply which i will post after i will come online?
    I think reply should be posted on other person’s profile…or otherwise on both profiles, sender as well as receiver…
