What is the difference between shark and dolphin? i thought dolphin is designed for community sites as well… why two products with similar objectives/functionality?

As I understand it, Dolphin is the free community edition, and Shark is the commercial version. There is a FAQ located to the right of this site. I believe 4ppl.com is an example of shark in action.
