Dolphin 6 is a great script and the best part is that it is free…..But the worst part is the deficiency of nice free templates….We have very few free templates which are not very nice….Well so many people are expert in making beautiful templates, why don’t they provide few for free? or atleast those which are old, but definately of Dolphin 6 ….It would be great if we get more free templates….

The Ray provided by Boonex is great…but i somehow wanted a player like Wimpy Player http://wimpyplayer.com . Is it possible to use some other mp3 and video player in Dolphin? and if yes, then how? I would be thankful if someone provides me info about such a player which can be used…

Please provide an option in profiles to allow users to add YouTube videos in their profile videos. This would be great
In the profile page,in the friends block, only 6 friends should be shown.
And same with Comments. Only 5-6 comments should be shown. Then there should be an option to view all comments. Only one of the profile poll should be shown randomly. Then option to view all polls. When all the comments and so many friends are displayed….the page takes more time to load because of the images.
In music and photo gallery block, there should be an option to visit the music/photo gallery of the person. I’ve been testing dolphin for a lot of time….and i’ve observed this that when one visit a profile….he says that there isn’t any link to view all photos/videos…though it is there at the sub menu on top…..
In profile fields manager…we are allowed to add new fields only between first and second divider….i request boonex to remove this limitation…..
Hope that soon i’ll get help from all of u regarding the use of some other mp3/video player…..i’m a social worker kind of quy…..so launching a social networking site for a city for which i’m working…n i won’t even add any advertisements to my site…it will be just for people..completely free of cost….i’m nt a rich guy…so want to provide mp3/video service….but can’t pay much for ray without ad licenses…n as i told…don’t want any ads…..

For the last few months, everyone here is busy wid the bugs of Dolphin 6.0.3 So, i decided to do some otherwork. As i have heard from many people, and even i feel the same, the lokks of the latest Dolphin are not good. I had a quick view of the previous Dolphin,i.e. 5.6 , and found that it was much attractive than this one, though it has very less features.
So, now i ‘m writing about some of the differences.

As in dolphin, different sections have been made. for eg. on homepage, there are login,polls,blogs,news…and such are all within a box. Everything was well designed in Dolphin 5.6 Sleek designed tabs and boxes.

Though the Boonex team is busy wid bug fixes, thay should also work to improve the attractivity of Dolphin 6. The previous version was much attractive.
Boonex is doing a great work with Dolphin…But still it needs to change itself to make it better.

why is it written music instead of photo?
There are a lot of similar mailing system problems. If we have set auto profile activation, then when a person joins the community, he should get a welcome mail. Even forgot password option does not work sometimes.
# There should be more options in the profile page. For eg. height, color n all. some were there earlier but now they have been removed. When we write a lon text in about me or any where else without space . for example, adhdadehakdshqwieuqeqdqeqiuey12eyqehqwrhgwqiueqywoeuqeqieqyuieryqoeqoiwefw
this causes the respective window to be displayed at bottom left side…n even other windows come under it..n so all profile info is on the left side of page. This needs to be corrected. if text is too long, ‘-’ sign should come and rest part should be displayed on next line.
Some advices- Please do read….
# The profile page of Dolphin is not much interactive. Many changes need to be made so that it looks good. Instead of the blocks which are displayed in profile page…everything should be displayed in a single bolack with title My Profile or Profile. The components should be located at the same place n Dolphin admin should have power to move the content here n there…. I mean it should be like orkut, hi5 n all… it looks better
# Boonex needs to something to make the index page load faster. It takes a lot of time. Earlier pages of hi5 used to load slowly…so people started moving away from it…but now it loads fastre…even i stopped using it…orkut is very fast….Dolphin should be loaded fast…because as FIRST IMPRESSION is the last impression..if it loads slowly…people start disliking the site….
# Boonex should also release some themes for dolphin 6….though we have some in Expertzzz….but dolphin should already have some.
# Lastly, Ray should be ad free. I know ads have been added to ray because people remove the boonex links from the footer file, but there are some who can’t afford paying for licenses. The ads should be small in size….or otherwise boonex should supply other ads like google adsense in it and the money from clicks should go to boonex. in this way boonex will get the money which they get by the selling of licenses. Even users will not have any problem if boonex earns little money through their site…because after all their site is running because of boonex.
