Hi all !!!

Established Dolphin-v.6.0.0002-AdFree doing translation in the Russian language. But there was a problem with Orca Forum, a forum in which wants to add topic forums in Russian an error XML. Adds English, all right, so write in Russian, all OK but gives no accurate encoding as «?????????????». Trying to add directly from phpmyAdmin issue kryakozyabry “Ðóññêàÿ ãðóïïà” in the encoder “Shtirlitz IV” defines encoding LAT. The same happens when a group of a need to write in the forum. But on the main page shows the normal! How to fix???
