- I experienced problems with the new profile fields manager and then using the search function after creating new profile fields - SQL errors. I created checkbox fields and matching SEX fields and “looking for” fields. Will test further.
- Duplicate membership entry username on join page produces SQL error.

I really appreciate having been a part of this process and witnessing the dedication and skill in action of the Boonex team and even the developer de-buggers on this blog. I only dreamed that the development of Dolphin through multiple builds would arrive at this wonderful place as cutting-edge community orientated software. The new DOLPHIN/RAY is absolutely terrific. Life changing in fact! Well done everyone!
One last thing - what can I do about replacing the ads in RAY? Please!
With regard to romance, activity partner, pen pal, etc.
- Create separate group lander pages for each Relationship “community”.
- Everyone who checkmarks one of these in their profile settings is automatically a part of this lander page group.
- Bring in other data related - RSS feeds, automatic search of this relationship community. Create chatrooms for each relationship, forums etc.
- Create page builders for each relationship community.
The eight relationship values could be the primary natural community groups on each site.

I keep asking about the ads in RAY. When will we be able to run RAY without ads in them - or if possible for the time being, turn them off, without turning off RAY.

- EXPOSED EVENT INFO - needs to be hidden. (Responsible Person:, Phone: and E-mail:) Just the nickname exposed would be fine - make it the choice of the organizer to disclose this personal information.

Last night I posted the URL for my website so that we developer types could have a peek. Sometime soon after someone went into the admin. Like a trusting fool I hadn’t change the password from dolphin to a new one so someone went in and wiped out all my profiles and anything else they could get their hands on (300 profiles!) Its my own fault but I never thought that someone here would be looking to make life harder on us than it already is.
A WARNING TO ALL DOLPHIN DEVELOPERS! Change your passwords!
Unfortunately to compound the problem I had the server rebooted because I thought it was hanging in not loading profiles etc. Now RAY is not working. Do I have to do something to get RAY started again after a server reboot. Any assistance that way available?

The top menu (not the topest!) doesn’t follow the dictates of the admin when one makes a menu item invisible. It also doesn’t appear to read changes in the language file to menu items.
This is just when using Orca (in the Groups forums). I assume that it may also be true for the general Orca forums (which I’m not using at the moment).
Otherwise I find the New Beta Dolphin (005) to be quite smooth in operation with minimal bugs!
You know everyone tells me installing the RMS server is easy. I’ve been working on the internet for ten years, without once using ssh or delving into the guts of a server.
I now have a deluxe shared hosting account, a VPS server account and a Dedicated server account - all in an attempt to use your visionary software to creat community.
I need assistance installing these RMS servers. I don’t know what to do when I get errors like this below.

Is anyone else having trouble with creating and deleting classifieds - with beta build 5? Build 4 appears to work but not build 5?
Hey guys - can someone point me in the right direction. I get error messages about moving profile images from the tmp directory to the media/images/profiles/folders
Also when a member uploads a photo it doesn’t work unless I, via ftp, change each folder from chmod 755 to chmod 777.
Of course I can’t be doing this for each new member. It must be a server config because I never had this problem in the old days - when I was on a shared server.

I have two wish list items that I want to give a thumbs up to.
The first one, groups, is vital. I believe that we really can make groups work in a special way with dolphin’s matchmaking features combined with the AudioVisual ray apps as a real-time safety feature (because one can actually speak live with the member one will meet) . Fewer surprises! I hear that you folks are working at it - and I just want to add my voice of support to applaud your effort in this direction.
Geo localization mapping would be awesome when it comes to groups. To make it work we need my second wish considered.
