I understand what you mean, its up to us to keep a proactive changelog of certain files we change to compare with the newer versions of Dolphin, BoonEx will hopefully start publishing Changelogs to help make updates alot easier!

Daniel, Some hosting company don’t all traffic to flow through Port 80 wich is a standard HTTP port, try and to configure wamp to use another port, i also had a port thing with Wamp5 and i sorted it out, and then found a better hosting package called WOSPORTABLE (2) and i think it’s the best you will find on the net that is free, And it works a treat with lots of Free php scripts to use, Example PhpMyadmin,MySQL5,Imagmagic,Apache Server,Php5 and lots more,even Joomla and wordpress are incorpiated into the control panel, Any way it works great with my Dolphin 6.003, Note just put Dolphin into the www folder of Wosportable and run script.

i had a simular problem myslef all i did was put the Desktop folder into the root of your WWW folder, and see how you get on, i Don’t know why it worked for me when i did it, maybe its the way i setup file restrictions on downloading from my own server, any way have a go and tell us how you go on mate.

Take a look at this site and download the WOSPORTABLE Server Software, http://www.chsoftware.net/en/useware/wos/wos.htm
i have been using it to host Dolphin on my own sever with Dynamic on a DSL connection and dolphin 6.x runs sweet, Also it work well on Vista, All you do is put Dolphin into the WWW root folder of the package and run the install and hey everything works fine. Note don’t bother in running DNS software on your own machine as you will have problems looping back to you server, use a free service from DYNDNS.org : any way i hope this helps you to testout Dolphin and also is the easy’st server software package on the market, which works on a windows system. may be all D6x use will use Wosportable for hosting Dolphin.

Hmmmm…
finally i erase the header error by doing this…

I open the header.inc.php
I copy everything and paste it in textpad, i erase the spaces in the bottom of the file, (after ?>) and save it as ansi.

This have fix it…

This is for those who had the same with me error…

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/**/public_html/**/inc/menu.inc.php:1) in /home/**/public_html/**/orca/inc/util.inc.php on line 40

Sorry, I’ve been out for a couple months. I’m looking forward to this release.

Can we expect to get the Diff Files again with this release? So many of our sites have become very modified, and the Diff files were a HUGE help with the last release.

Also, we’re hoping to have Ray source files, so they can be modified to match our sites.

i know you make some stuff in background for expertzz without sign it.i respect your job and i wait better month to buy one of ure script.(christmas killed my paypal!!)
my english is bad but my advice is honest.we need keep unity without sherif ..i sent you some mail about scammers or problems on expertzz.your answer was ‘you asked the right people..i wrote term and condition with boonex “no?ideleted ure mail..it was with expertzz ? i asked u about a problem with a scammer..u answered like an hotline but maybe i didn’t wrote in good english..
anyway,i’m sure next version of dolphin will better and we all here for something …make dolphin strong!!
p.s:recently a stupid french lost 5 milards € by cupidity…one guy and the strongest bank is in trouble for a guy who didn’t take one week of hollidays in 2 years?(exprtzz need holliday?lol)
sorry for my english it suck…
but that helped me to meet my wife and all my friend understand my poor english

like said public ennemy don’t believe the hype and do the right thing

I understand what you mean about the contributor status. I do not have contributor status on expertzzz for a reason myself. I give to boonex in other areas, but that is between Boonex and I. A little gold star on expertzzz is great. It means that that person is giving back to the community as well as supporting the staff that brings it to them.

I am faced every day with people who want stuff for free and they feel our labor and work should be free because Dolphin is free. They feel we are ripping them off. That can not be further from the truth.
No matter where you go in life, people will always want something for free. And they feel that we OWE it to them.. or we OWE it to them install our FREE products FREE then turn around and disrespect us.

Everyone who writes a script and posts it for sale DESERVES to be paid for the labor they put into it. If someone does not want to BUY it, then they can learn php, flash, javascript, or ajax and devlope it themselves.

I am sorry, but that is my honest opion.

hummm.. just back from expertzz..many seller are not contributor..they make money but stay just member..community spirit need copyright so..lol
my sister open a dolphin website..i can’t give her some mod i paid? i readed laws in my country..in fact if i pay 10$,a Bailiff will protect my software..but i don’t think he will go to russia or usa to protect me.
i asked the copyright forum..they reply that possible with a lawyer of this country (ouahhh!!500$ cause i lost 80 on expertzz?!) lot of expertzz adapt tufat script..they pay 5$ and sell it 40$ on expertzz..
some sell smileys of msn adapted to ray they need pay microsoft or the drawer?
dadniel say in a post “look at 15 top expertzz to have not problems…”
but lot of free products are wonderfull and website like http://www.boonexnerd.com give a good way .this guy give tutorial free …
i understand simion and others expertzz..they work hard for that..maybe official status will better?

on expertzz,lot of nerdie who want look like them.
plagiarism is underlaw but sometime,people find tricks without copy and post it.for example,a guy recently posted a freestuf to put css and html on profile and same product is on store…
very complicate this question..i sell product 3d on renderosity and when we have this kind of problem,the answer is “can you proove that ure product.”
no i can’t cause the guy changed color or some details..
before download an agree for terms and use maybe?
